How to opt in

Sign in at myhousekeep.app and go to Settings → Notifications. Enter your US mobile number and check the unchecked consent checkbox. Click Save. Consent is collected as a standalone action, separate from account creation and Terms of Service acceptance.

How to opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also disable SMS in Settings → Notifications in the app.

Message and data rates

MyHouseKeep does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

Supported carriers

All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. SMS availability requires a US mobile number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent not required

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using MyHouseKeep or purchasing any goods or services. You may use MyHouseKeep fully without providing a phone number or opting in to SMS.

Privacy

Your phone number is used solely to deliver the maintenance reminders you have requested. It is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. It is transmitted to Twilio solely as the SMS delivery carrier. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
