Look for your approval email
Your request receipt and your approval are separate. When access is approved, the email includes the App Store link and your personal account setup link.

Download the app, then finish setup
On your iPhone, download MyHouseKeep from the App Store. Return to the approval email and tap Set Up My Account to complete your first account setup.

Set up your home and add the details you know. You can invite your household and add records, systems, and routines as they become useful.
